01 · Service & maintenance
Service and maintenance
The bulk of what we do. Keeping plant that already exists running, and knowing when it has had enough.
Preventative maintenance
Planned servicing on a schedule, so faults get found while they are still small and the plant is not discovering them for you on the hottest day of the year.
Reactive breakdown support
When something stops, we come out and get it going.
Optimisation and upgrades
Energy efficiency improvements, plant upgrades and lifecycle management, for when repairing the same unit twice a year has stopped being the cheaper option.

02 · Projects
Projects, design and construct
New plant, replacement plant, and the work around it. Most of it happens in buildings that stay open while we are in them.
What we build
Design and construct, capital works, plant upgrades, refurbishments, fit-outs and make-good works.
Where we have built it
Office fit-outs, hospitality venues, hospitals, schools, childcare centres, aged care facilities, retail spaces and complex industrial applications.
Working around the building
Occupied and sensitive sites are the ones we are set up for. A hospital ward does not close so a fan coil can be swapped, and an aquatic centre cannot drop its pool temperature while the plant is out.
So we plan the staging with you and whoever else is on site, work out what has to stay live and when, and sequence around it. That planning is most of the job.

Everything ends up written down
We run Simpro, a digital field service and asset management platform. Every inspection, maintenance activity, asset detail, service history entry and site photograph goes in there.
Defects and recommendations get documented and tracked through to rectification, so instead of a defect living in somebody's inbox you have one central record of what has been done and what is still outstanding.

Mechanical fire safety
We are an FPA Australia approved fire protection service provider, so we can inspect, assess and certify the mechanical side of your annual fire safety compliance for commercial, industrial, government and public facilities across New South Wales.
