Privacy policy

This site is operated by Pace Services Pty Ltd (ABN 56 069 957 320), trading as Progressive Air Conditioning Engineering. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Only what you give us. If you fill in the enquiry form, that is your name, the organisation you work for, your email address, your phone number, the suburb of the site, the type of work you are asking about, and whatever you write in the message.

If you phone or email us instead, we keep whatever you tell us in that correspondence.

We use it to answer your enquiry, quote the work, and carry it out. That is all. We do not sell it, we do not rent it, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

We may share it with people who need it to do the job, such as a subcontractor attending your site, or with someone we are legally required to give it to.

Enquiries come into our email and, where the work goes ahead, job and asset records are kept in Simpro, our field service and asset management system.

This site does not set tracking cookies of its own. Pages that embed a Google map load content from Google, and Google may set cookies when that happens.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email service@progressiveair.com.au or call 02 9676 8422 and we will sort it out.

If you are not happy with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
