What we do

Our services

Most of our work is looking after plant that already exists: servicing it, reporting on it, and replacing it before it fails. The rest is putting new plant in.

Service & maintenance

Maintenance and breakdowns

Preventative servicing that keeps plant out of trouble, reactive breakdown support when something stops, and plant upgrades when repair stops making sense.

Projects

Design, construct and upgrades

Capital works, refurbishments, fit-outs and make-good, delivered in buildings that stay open while we work. Chillers, cooling towers, air handling units, pumps, ventilation and controls.

Asset management

HVAC asset management

Asset registers, condition assessments and lifecycle monitoring, so you know what you have, what shape it is in, and what needs budgeting for. Reported through Simpro with photographic evidence.

Fire safety

Mechanical fire safety

Annual inspection and certification of smoke exhaust, stairwell pressurisation, car park ventilation, fire and smoke dampers and fire mode interfaces. We are an FPA Australia approved provider.

Leichhardt Park Aquatic Centre

A pool hall is one of the harder rooms to condition. Warm water, chlorine and constant humidity will find the weak point in any system, and the building still has to feel right for someone standing on the deck in swimmers.

Stage 1 replaced the fossil-fuel plant with a multifunctional four-pipe heat pump running on R290, a natural refrigerant. It handles space cooling, space heating, pool water heating and domestic hot water at once, holding different temperatures across the site. It is the largest application of its kind in Australia, and the centre stayed open throughout.

Licensed in our own right

ARCtick refrigerant handling authorisation AU13202 and FPA Australia certification F056723A are held by the business, so the paperwork on your job is ours to answer for.

We work in buildings that stay open

The aquatic centre kept swimming. The hospital ward stayed live. The civic centre stayed occupied through a seven-day chiller replacement. Staging the work around that is most of the skill.

You can see the asset history

Inspections, defects and photographic evidence go into Simpro and stay there, so a defect can be tracked through to rectification instead of living in someone's inbox.

The right team on the site

The crew is picked for the facility, who is responsible for what is spelled out up front, and we keep talking to you while the job is on.
